Navin was one of the company’s standout performers in October 2025 for his transactions that month, which included him brokering a deal at The Marq - widely regarded as one of Singapore’s most prestigious & luxurious residential development.

  Navin was one of ERA's STAR Achiever's in the month of September 2025 - concluding the 3rd Quarter of the year by brokering several deals including a transaction in WALLICH Residence - widely regarded as one of the world’s most prestigious condominiums.

On 13th August 2025, Navin was a recipient of ERA’s YoungERA Elite Award for his performance in the 1st half of Year 2025.

Navin was an invited guest to the Private Event organized by ERA for its PLUSH members in collaboration with Circular Law Chambers. This was held on the 29th of July 2025 at AUREA (the project jointly developed by Perennial & Far East Organization).

On 24th April 2025, Navin was awarded the Diamond Award for his stellar performance. He was not able to be present for the award ceremony at ERA APAC Centre that day, hence his award was received on his behalf by his mentor Ryner Koh - Executive Director of ERA.

Navin was amongst the top 1% of brokers out of a field of over 9000+ teammates, transacting 8-Figure properties in the month of March 2025 at some of the country's most coveted addresses. He is also a Clear Diamond recipient, a member of the YoungERA Group, and a member of the company's specialized luxury arm PLUSH By ERA.

This event was held at the OCBC Premier Private Client Centre on 18th Feb 2025, for their luxury real estate brokers to network and gain insights on the latest investment market trends and its potential impact. The event was jointly hosted by OCBC & ERA.
